Stirzo delivers across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your PIN code on any product page or at checkout to check whether we deliver to your area and see an estimated delivery window.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery orders

Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed with you (via WhatsApp, SMS or a call) before they are shipped. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your order ships you can follow it on our Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.

Undelivered orders
